COVID-19 Disclaimer Notice

By retaining Blu Skye Media ("BSM") for marketing services in connection with the sale of certain real estate properties (the "subject real estate"), you, as the seller(s) and/or agent(s), agree that Blu Skye Media, its employees, agents, and/or representatives shall not be held liable in connection with any injury, harm, or damage of any kind relating to COVID-19 arising out of, in connection with, or incidental to, the performance of BSM's performance of any and all marketing services, including, but not limited to, BSM's entry of, access to, and photographing of the subject real estate.  You, as the seller(s) and/or agent(s), further agree that you shall not initiate any type of litigation, arbitration, action, claim, cause of action, cross-claim, indemnity action, or dispute of any kind against BSM relating, in any way, to COVID-19, including actions in which you may be or have been sued by an owner of the subject real estate.

By retaining BSM for marketing services in connection with the sale of the subject real estate, you further agree and acknowledge that it is your responsibility to exercise due care and protect yourself, such as assessing your own risks, which may include age, underlying health conditions, recent travel, possible exposure to COVID-19, doctor’s recommendations, and local, State and Federal recommendations.  You further warrant and represent that, to the best of your knowledge, you are not currently afflicted with, and have not knowingly, within the last 14 days, been in contact with someone afflicted with, COVID-19, and you are not experiencing a fever, or signs of respiratory illness, such as cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, or other COVID-19 symptoms. 

BSM warrants and represents that, to the best of its managing agent's knowledge, none of its employees, agents, and/or representatives are currently afflicted with, or have knowingly, within the last 14 days, been in contact with someone afflicted with, COVID-19, and that none of its employees, agents, and/or representatives are are currently experiencing a fever, or signs of respiratory illness, such as cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, or other COVID-19 symptoms.  

By retaining BSM for marketing services in connection with the sale of the subject real estate, you further agree the subject real estate will be vacated and cleaned prior to the scheduled arrival of any BSM employee, agent, and/or representative.
